General Conditions for Returns (excluding defective products)
Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of the receipt, with return to the eshop. The cost to return the product to the company’s headquarters is borne by the sender. The product or products must be in a similar condition to their condition when you received them, and they should not have been used, worn, soiled, or be in any condition other than their original; the tab must not have been removed. Each product should be accompanied by the gift receipt, showing the item code, the date of purchase and the store’s stamp. If the product is returned to the eshop, you should necessarily inform us via email for the return. During the sales, discount items are only exchanged with other discount products, and the products that are throughout the year can only be exchanged with same category products. The returned products can be exchanged with a product of different type, size or colour, or you may request cash refund. We refund the amount paid for the product, including discount products. You are responsible for the products you return to us until we receive them. Make sure that they are properly packaged and that they are not subject to damage during transport. Cash refund is not available for purchases made or products sent as gifts. Returns we receive that do not comply with the conditions of our policy will not be accepted. How do I return the product to DAS.4’s eshop?
If you want to return a product, please first contact the Customer Service Department at email@example.com stating your order number, the product or products you want to return and the reason for returning them. Returning a defective product
All Timebox SA products undergo strict quality controls. However, if you detect any problem and the product you received is defective, you should follow the steps below: Contact us either by calling us on 210.32 12 293 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return the package to our warehouse, as returns to our policy address will not be accepted. The address for the eshop returns is: TIMEBOX SA, 48, Stadiou street, 105 64, Athens, Attica, shipping costs are borne by the sender. Timebox SA will be responsible to either replace the defective product with a new one (depending on the available stock) or to refund your money. In case of replacement, we will need 3-5 working days from the delivery of your return so as to complete the procedure and dispatch the new product. In case of refund, this will depend on the payment method of the initial purchase, i.e. cash upon delivery will be refunded to the bank account you stated in the return form, credit / debit card payment will be refunded to your card, and similarly payment with PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account.
How will my money be refunded?
Once we receive the items your returned, the refund process will begin. Processing the refund depends on the payment method you have chosen. Thus, the amount will be refunded to you either by cancelling your credit card charge, or by refunding money via PayPal, or by depositing the amount within seven (7) working days in the bank account that you will indicate to us as long as you had chosen the pay on delivery method.
