How can I place my order?

The ordering process in our online store is as easy as buying from a physical store. Select a category or collection and browse our large collection of products. You can also use the filters at the right-hand side menu to limit the results depending on your preferences. When you find the product you like, click on it to access the page with the detailed description, from which you can click “Add to cart” and the item will be selected for purchase. When you finish shopping, please go to the Shopping Cart and click on Payment to start the checkout process. Alternatively, you can order the products you want via telephone between 9.00 and 16.00 at 210 32 12 293.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, it is not essential to create a personal account to place an order in das-4.com. You can select “Quick Payment” and place your order without creating an account. However, if you create a personal account, you have the option to store personal information and shipping addresses so that you do not need to submit this information again every time you place an order, and you can also use the Wish List.

Can I cancel an order?

This depends on the status of your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel all order or part of it. If your order has already been sent, you will have to return the product(s). In any case, please contact the Customer Service Department first or send an email to info@das-4.com for relevant guidance.

How do I use my Shopping Cart?

The way your Shopping cart works is similar to the way you would use it in a physical store. It contains all the products you have selected to purchase and is the last step before placing your order. It allows you to monitor, add and remove items, as you would in a regular store.

How can I see my Shopping Cart contents?

To see the items included in your Shopping Cart, click on the cart icon at the top right part of the webpage. The number you see corresponds to the items included in your cart.

How do I add or remove items to/from my Shopping Cart?

To add an item to your Shopping Cart, click on the “Add to Cart” button, where the full description of the item is also included. To remove an item from your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right-hand side of the page and then click “X” next to each item you want to remove.

How do I change the quantity of products I want to buy?

To change the quantity of products I want to buy, go to the “Shopping Cart” and enter the number of items in the field “Quantity” of the product, for which you want to select the number of items to be ordered.

What is the Wish List?

The Wish List is a function that allows you to add items that may want to buy in the future or give as a present. The products from the Wish List can be transferred to the Shopping Cart at any time. To add an item in the Wish List, click on “Add to Which List” in the page with the item’s detailed description. The Wish List can only be used if you are a registered member.

How can I pay my order?

Timebox SA offers the following payment methods to choose the one that best suits you.

  • Credit / Debit Card: You can pay safely using any of the following cards. In the EU countries (exept Greece) , the delivery option has an additional charge to the sender as follows below:
    1. Courier services +€19,30 (delivery time 2-3 working days)

We consider safe payments of utmost importance, and all credit or debit card holders are subject to approval by both us and the card issuer.

  • Direct bank transfer: Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. In the EU countries (exept Greece) , the delivery option has an additional charge to the sender as follows below:

  • Cash on Delivery (Greece): The payment of your order is made upon its receipt, by paying the relevant amount to the delivery person of the collaborating courier company. In Greece, the cash on delivery option has an additional charge of €3,00 to the sender.
